We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to lead our financial team. This role will oversee consolidated financials, manage day-to-day holding company accounting, and coordinate with operating company controllers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a CPA-qualified professional to drive financial growth and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Consolidating financial statements across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Partnering with operating company controllers to close monthly books.
  • Overseeing holding company accounting functions, including payroll and accounts payable.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CPA designation.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Qualifications

Please note that we are looking for candidates with:

  • 4+ years in accounting leadership roles, ideally with exposure to M&A and consolidation.
  • Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and fast-paced growth environments.
