Business Finance Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Finance professional with at least 5 years of experience in evaluating and analyzing business operations. This role is critical in identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop, track, and interpret business and financial KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with expert analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
