This role involves operational ownership, incident management, problem-solving, data-driven insights, strategic project leadership, continuous improvement, and tool & process development.
- Taking full ownership of high-level monitoring for our operations.
- Leading the management of escalations and incidents.
- Conducting in-depth technical investigations and collaborating in designing solutions that address complex challenges.
- Leveraging data analysis to validate hypotheses, uncover insights, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Supporting and leading strategic and operational projects that shape the direction and efficiency of our business.
- Proactively identifying and implementing key improvements in our product and tech systems.
The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience in similar roles and brings a product-oriented mindset. They are analytical, independent, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills.
