We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the transformation of our parts services operations, leveraging AI to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Optimize inventory and service management to connect talent to global innovation and simplify lives through AI.

  • Accelerate Personal Growth: Gain experience in budget management, KPI monitoring, and developing a service-first culture within a leadership role.
  • Oversee Parts and Service Operations: Ensure seamless performance, manage inventories, and maintain their accuracy.
  • Lead Growth Strategies: Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities, and develop and execute business growth plans.
  • Maintain Accurate Work Orders: Organize service job schedules, assign work based on technician strengths, and ensure accurate work orders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role, with demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems, experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Non-Negotiables: Remote work setup, availability for Night Shift, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Bonus Points: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
