We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team and drive seamless execution across departments. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to optimize systems, drive performance, and scale operations effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in EA, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff-type roles, with proven stakeholder or client-facing communication experience.

Key responsibilities include delivery oversight, team leadership, training, and conflict resolution, as well as operational system optimization and escalation management.

As an operations expert, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 4+ years of experience in EA, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff-type roles
  • Proven stakeholder or client-facing communication experience
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a remote team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with operational systems, process optimization, and project management
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zapier, and Trello
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
