Employee Wellbeing and Resilience Program Manager

About the Role:
Cebu, Philippines - Join BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES as we seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Wellbeing and Resilience Programs for all employees in our Cebu location. As a Wellbeing and Resilience Deputy Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating our Wellbeing and Resilience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop, implement, manage, and evaluate the Wellbeing and Resilience programs and initiatives for all employees at the Cebu location.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business and operations teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure the smooth execution of these programs.
- Foster open, timely, and effective communication, providing feedback as necessary for program success.
- Although direct clinical work will be minimal, a strong understanding of clinical aspects is required to assess the effectiveness of third-party vendors and partner with them closely to co-create innovative programs that meet ongoing needs, as well as develop impactful mental health campaigns.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in a clinical field, with at least 3 years of clinical experience, familiar with assessments and clinical treatment strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices.
- PRC license (RPsy or RGC), membership in professional organizations.
- Strong interest in mental health, resilience, coping skills, and positive psychology.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to coordinate, manage, and evaluate programs while collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Be driven, proactive, detail-oriented, innovative in approach, flexible, conscientious, willing to grow, and take pride in work contributions.
Preferred Requirements:
- Effective time management skills, good writing and communication skills, knowledge of basic Microsoft Office tools (PPT and Excel) to create well-documented and accurate reports, able to prioritize, work in a dynamic environment, obtain and share feedback.
- Ability to evaluate ongoing programs and have some knowledge of mental health and social sciences research.
- Conduct training programs, workshops, and make presentations.
- Create and run awareness campaigns to enhance employee engagement in Wellbeing services offered.
Compensation: PHP 180,000 - 220,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
