Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for customers
  • Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality results
  • Manage workload independently and confidently
  • Understand customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Support junior team members and share knowledge

Requirements:

  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and project dynamics understanding
  • Ability to work in teams and manage workload
  • Able to plan and meet deadlines
  • Consulting skills, including presenting and explaining functionality to customers
  • Maintain high quality, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure policies adherence
  • Willingness to learn and improve tools and processes
  • Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services

Nice To Have:

  • Australian Payroll Experience
  • Post deployment services experience
