Human Resources Associate role at a leading organization


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Associate.



About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with various HR tasks, including data processing, report preparation, and filing management.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • As a Human Resources Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the department and supporting our employees' needs.


Responsibilities
  1. Process and record various data related to termination and provide real-time updates to Payroll systems.
  2. Gather information and prepare reports for management on employee-related matters.
  3. Handle and process all copying and filing needs for the HR department.
  4. Maintain and distribute current policy and procedure manuals, as well as other important documents.
  5. Execute mailing, inter-shipping, and courier processes for HR Operations.
  6. Serve as liaison between other HR teams and internal customers, providing support and guidance when needed.
  7. Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
  8. Prepare and submit forms and documents as required by the department.
  9. Release confidential documents to authorized personnel.
  10. Procure office supplies, including purchase orders and payment facilitation.
  11. Understand and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to job duties.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  13. Demonstrate initiative in taking on new responsibilities and improving existing processes.
  14. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.


Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Amenable to working on a night shift schedule if required.
