Human Resources Associate role at a leading organization
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Associate.
About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with various HR tasks, including data processing, report preparation, and filing management.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- As a Human Resources Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the department and supporting our employees' needs.
Responsibilities
- Process and record various data related to termination and provide real-time updates to Payroll systems.
- Gather information and prepare reports for management on employee-related matters.
- Handle and process all copying and filing needs for the HR department.
- Maintain and distribute current policy and procedure manuals, as well as other important documents.
- Execute mailing, inter-shipping, and courier processes for HR Operations.
- Serve as liaison between other HR teams and internal customers, providing support and guidance when needed.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit forms and documents as required by the department.
- Release confidential documents to authorized personnel.
- Procure office supplies, including purchase orders and payment facilitation.
- Understand and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Demonstrate initiative in taking on new responsibilities and improving existing processes.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Amenable to working on a night shift schedule if required.
