Customer Success Manager Job Description

This role requires an organized, efficient and motivated individual with exceptional problem-solving, multi-tasking and project management skills to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will build strong trusting relationships with the Sales Team by providing timely and accurate administrative data-driven support. They will work directly with clients to provide Level 1 Technical Support to resolve queries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will prepare relevant reports and documentation to support the team.

The successful candidate will have exemplary 5-star communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking various administrative, support and coordination functions working with internal and external parties.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining causes and explaining solutions.
  • Attend meetings, record notes, document key takeaways and action items.
  • Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, ensuring all data is up-to-date, organized and accessible.
  • Develop and prepare correspondence, documents and reports in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress and coordinating with stakeholders.
About You
  • A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and demonstrated experience in a Customer Success Manager position or similar, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars in a project support or coordination capacity.
  • High technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager position.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Police Clearance.
