We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional support to our clients. If you're friendly, patient, and solution-oriented, this role may be for you.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. You will also provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, and document all interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated and dedicated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should possess the following qualities:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this role, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
