Key Responsibilities
The Senior Customer Success Specialist is responsible for retaining and developing high potential Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts. This includes operating as the lead point of contact for partners, onboarding them, researching client needs, building strong relationships, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, communicating progress to stakeholders, forecasting account metrics, handling escalations, and documenting sales opportunities in Salesforce.
Requirements
This role requires 3-5 years of Account Management experience, experience with or knowledge of Salesforce, a Bachelor's degree, and experience working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
