As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth through effective account management. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with sales teams and technical support to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow customer relationships and increase recurring revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and resolution of customer issues
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with at-risk accounts to ensure positive customer experiences
- Provide expert advice on licensing and software asset management to drive business growth
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
