We are seeking a skilled professional who can thrive in an e-commerce environment and take ownership of Amazon FBA and Seller Central account management.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers expert support to optimize advertising campaigns, enhance visibility, and drive growth through strategic, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, including product listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely shipment management from creation to delivery.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to guarantee accuracy and performance.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Resolve issues related to refunds, replacements, and negative feedback.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend effective solutions.
  • Monitor account health & performance metrics, addressing potential issues before they escalate.
  • Maximize sales by resolving stranded inventory issues.
  • Provide ongoing general account health and maintenance support.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
  • A strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven approach.
