Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Operations Specialist to provide timely and effective technical support to our restaurant operations.

This role is critical for ensuring smooth IT system functioning across multiple venues, especially during trading hours. You will work remotely to support various IT systems and platforms, with occasional on-site visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time technical assistance to restaurant teams during business hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Maintain and update point-of-sale menus, item settings, modifiers, reservation systems, and online platforms (Google Business Profile, Facebook)
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to point-of-sale errors, printer malfunctions, delivery platform connectivity (Uber Eats, Menulog, DoorDash), and online reservation systems (Quandoo, SevenRooms)
Requirements:
  • Fundamental networking knowledge (router/modem setup, IP configuration, DHCP/static IPs)
  • Experience with hospitality technology platforms, including point-of-sale and online booking systems
  • Proficiency with remote support tools such as TeamViewer
