At Growsari Enterprise Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics and Operations Executive to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end performance of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations at a managerial level, with expertise in consumer goods, retail, or logistics industries. They will be impact-driven, able to solve complex problems, and possess excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfillment Operations
    • Ensure pick and pack operations follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for packing accuracy, out-of-stock levels, and volume handled.
    • Escalate out-of-stock and other inventory issues in a timely manner to minimize loss of business.
  • Dispatch Operations
    • Ensure dispatch and delivery teams follow all SOPs for dispatch, returns, collections, and cancellations.
    • Timely and complete returns processing by resolving variances between expected and actual returns amounts.
  • Inventory Operations
    • Oversee the entire inventory process, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of reports.
  • People Management
    • Evaluation of direct hires.
    • Impose sanctions/disciplinary action for any violations committed.
    • Recommend/initiate plans to control or reduce attrition rates.
  • Admin/Reportorial Requirements
    • Sales analysis and operations analysis based on business review requirements.
    • Prepare administrative reports, including billing statements, requests for payment, cash advances, and purchase requests.
    • Recommend cost-cutting measures to make the hub more profitable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of operations management experience, with 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive products.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Fluent in English and good working knowledge of Tagalog.
