Job Description

Lucky Se7en Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Crew to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. As a Warehouse Crew member, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, product stocking, and delivery coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facility, ensure compliance with warehouse guidelines, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Product/Stock Inventory: Spearhead actual stock counting, conduct counter-audit of stocks, and validate data from system-generated reports.
  • Product Management: Ensure good stock arrangement, comply with approved stocking levels, and implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) rotation.
  • Delivery Operations: Facilitate truck loading assignments, assign delivery teams, and coordinate delivery concerns between field personnel and office staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
