Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, guaranteeing that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager, this individual oversees a team of Team Leads and numerous staff members.

  • Fulfillment Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily pick-pack operations, ensuring quality control, ironing out operational issues, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in fulfillment operations. Additionally, they will delegate tasks to PSP staff as needed and monitor inventory levels to recommend systematic replenishment planning with RSC Inventory Personnel.

  • Inventory Management

Key responsibilities include recommending SKU rationalization, initiating cycle counts and inventory activities, performing necessary stock corrections, and being accountable for all inventory-related activities handled by the Inventory Supervisor. The ideal candidate will also have excellent people management skills, monitoring daily schedules and attendance while properly supervising, training, and motivating personnel.

  • People Management

Administrative tasks include preparing reports on OOS, Pick-Pack issues, and other relevant reports. The successful candidate should have proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Drive products. Furthermore, they should be knowledgeable in database applications and possess at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.

  • Admin/Reportorial Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and inventory control
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive products
  • Knowledgeable in database applications

Compensation:

Php 18,000/month plus incentives
