The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This individual will manage a team of staff, including 2 Team Leads, and report directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Fulfillment Operations: The Fulfillment Supervisor will monitor pick pack operations, ensure quality control, and iron out any day-to-day operational issues.">
  • Inventory Management: This role will be responsible for recommending systematic planning of replenishment with the RSC Inventory Personnel, ensuring adequate inventory levels at all times.">
  • People Management: The Fulfillment Supervisor will supervise, train, and motivate personnel in the fulfillment operations, imposing sanctions or disciplinary action as necessary.">
  • Admin/Reportorial Requirements: This role will prepare reports on OOS, Pick-Pack issues, and other relevant metrics.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in operations management or a related field is required.">
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and inventory control is essential.">
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive products is necessary.">
  • Databases: Knowledgeable in using database applications.">

This role offers a competitive salary of Php 18,000/month plus incentives.
