Account Manager for Business Growth

We deliver data-driven solutions to help businesses succeed. This role combines client management, solution delivery, and business growth.

You'll be responsible for guiding clients from implementation through ongoing success, while also handling ad hoc tasks that support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Analyse client operations and recommend tailored dashboard solutions.
  • Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
  • Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
