Job Role: Business Growth Specialist

Job Location: Clark, Pampanga

Key Responsibilities

Drive business expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Duties:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue streams
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Identify and capitalize on business strengths and customer needs
  • Prepare and present business proposals to secure new contracts
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business development and sales strategy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working with Western companies is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
