- Manage payroll, templates, systems, and documentation with accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings across departments and time zones.
- Makes purchases on behalf of the company in line with internal procedures.
- Sources resumes and assists with applicant tracking processes.
- Keeps HR and operations-related lists and records up to date and organized.
- Serves as a point of contact for employee questions and routes concerns to the appropriate channels.
- Assists senior leadership in creating and formatting presentations.
- Communicates clearly and professionally in written and verbal English.
- Anticipates upcoming needs and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Handles confidential information with care and discretion.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience in HR administration and/or executive support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong data entry skills and comfort working with systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, G Suite, and communication platforms like Slack or Zoom.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and act with integrity.
