Tool Keeper

The opportunity

Walls in Motion, Inc.' is seeking an experienced Tool Keeper to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the safekeeping, maintenance, and distribution of tools and equipment used in our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining an organized and well-stocked tool room, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored, labelled, and easily accessible
• Issuing and receiving tools and equipment, tracking their usage and location, and ensuring timely return
• Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, identifying any issues or necessary repairs
• Coordinating with the Purchasing team to ensure adequate stock levels of tools and consumables
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on the proper use and care of tools and equipment
• Maintaining detailed records and inventories of all tools and equipment
• Assisting with the implementation of safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tool Keeper or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and their proper use and maintenance
• Excellent organisational and inventory management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with production staff
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures
