Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new customers, managing relationships with existing clients, conducting sales activities, and submitting regular sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new customers for our logistics services.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct telemarketing and outdoor sales activities to explore business opportunities.
  • Submit weekly sales reports detailing daily movements and overall sales performance.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets in alignment with our business plan.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, bidding documents, RFQs, and RFIs as requested by customers.
  • Address customer service requirements and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with operations regarding inquiries and booking processing.
  • Compile and submit accurate and timely sales reports as requested.
  • Manage and control accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven people management and leadership abilities.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
