Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented e-commerce sales professional to join our dynamic team. As an e-commerce sales associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and exceeding client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and exceed targets by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and sales data.
  • Team Coordination: Effectively schedule and organize team activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and seamless project execution.
  • Goal Setting and Coordination: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish clear objectives and strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on project progress, sales performance, and key metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Proven experience in e-commerce sales, project management, or a similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Experience working on e-commerce platforms: Extensive knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop is essential.

Working Conditions:

  • Willingness to work in Binondo.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
