Transform the way businesses connect and grow with our team of Regional Demand Generation experts. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to develop and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies that accelerate awareness and demand.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an associate to develop, deploy, and optimize regional-focused campaigns in partnership with business unit and sales channels.
  • You will work closely with global teams to analyze market trends and competitor activities, and convert them into tactical marketing & sales programs.
  • Your role will involve developing regional-specific collateral to accelerate new customer acquisition, as well as bringing regional customer insight to product management, R&D, applications, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies to drive growth and awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing & sales programs.
  • Work closely with global teams to develop, deploy, and optimize regional-focused campaigns.
  • Develop regional-specific collateral to accelerate new customer acquisition.
  • Bring regional customer insight to product management, R&D, applications, and sales teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates with marketing experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Ability to provide creative ideas to improve inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Outstanding skills in building rapport with clients and bringing in potential marketing and sales leads.
  • Deep understanding of cultural norms and regional nuances of the target market.
  • Excellent ability to juggle multiple projects that are deadline-oriented, handle interruptions, and be flexible with changing tasks.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective management of partner expectations and utilization of influence to design and deploy regional marketing strategies.
  • Ability to translate and effectively communicate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Ability to identify regional market opportunities across the breadth of our business product portfolio.
