Job Description

A Business Development Associate is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and send proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our company's value proposition.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects during long sales cycles, providing updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in lead generation, with a proven track record of success.
  • B2B experience, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Hubspot and Monday.com, to manage client interactions and track sales performance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously, with minimal supervision.
