Workforce Planning and Analytics Manager

This role involves providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

The Workforce Planning and Analytics Manager will be responsible for analysing workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. They will also predict work volume, handle time, and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and centre-wide performance.

  • Identify key metrics and indicators that measure the success of the workforce management strategy.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics framework to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop reports and dashboards that showcase key workforce metrics and insights.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Highly proficient skills in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI.
  • Familiarity with or understanding of Sales system, CRM, and phone system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field.

This role is designed for professionals who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

This role works mostly from home and requires a conducive working environment, wired internet of at least 50mbps, and reliable backup internet of at least 10mbps speed.
