Real Time Workforce Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Real Time Workforce Optimization Specialist to optimize workforce schedules and resource allocation, analyze data to identify trends, generate insightful reports, and ensure smooth operations in our dynamic work environment.

  • A minimum of 2 years of college-level education is required.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, experience in workforce management, including NICE IEX and Twilio, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor real-time metrics to optimize workforce schedules
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Generate reports to communicate insights
  • Ensure smooth operations and effective workforce planning
Requirements:
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience in Workforce Management, NICE IEX and Twilio
