
Senior Workforce Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the workforce management function within an organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement workforce plans that meet business needs and drive operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling and forecasting processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce management or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving workforce efficiency and reducing costs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have 2-4 years Workforce Management experience.
- Associate's degree in related field from a four-year college or university with more than seven years of relevant experience (with at least two years of Progressive Mgmt Experience) preferred.
- Experience with forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team.
- Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will have a proven track record of driving business results through effective workforce management practices.
