Financial Analyst

Our organization is committed to propelling brands and improving their operational costs globally. We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team.

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving financial success by managing accounts receivable, improving cash flow, and shaping process improvements that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review weekly and monthly billing statements, maintain a healthy AR aging report, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to Accounting and leadership.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk, improve cash flow, and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation within AR.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and ad hoc reporting to senior management and executive leadership based on AR analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in an accounting/finance role, with prior exposure to accounts receivable management or financial analysis preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience driving process improvements and leveraging automation or new technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a passion for organization, collaboration, and seeing tasks through to completion.

This position requires a remote work setup with a stable internet connection and a suitable desktop/laptop system.
