Legal Counsel Job Description

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our organization. As a member of our Business Enablement Services group, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional quality service to clients.

The Office of the General Counsel is dedicated to proactive support and alignment with client needs. The Legal Counsel plays a crucial role in delivering on these commitments through hands-on technical legal work, involvement with internal clients' Service Lines, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality legal services for client engagement agreements and procurement agreements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and risk management framework.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including the General Counsel Legal team, Risk Management team, and service line quality leaders.
  • Provide technical legal advice and guidance in all practice and business areas.
  • Strategic planning and development of the GCO function.
