Key Lawyer Role

The Associate Lawyer plays a key role in providing legal support to clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in contract drafting and review, negotiating agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating dispute or case resolution.
  • Preparing, drafting, and reviewing various legal arguments and reports.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and agreements, including IT contracts, service agreements, supply agreements, and memoranda of agreement (MOAs).
  • Maintaining, updating, and organizing legal documents, ensuring proper record-keeping and accessibility.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and gathering data to support contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and other legal matters.
Qualifications
  • Law degree or Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills
  • Able to regulate and perform under stress

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
