About This Role

As a key advisor to the organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This position is responsible for maintaining the company's compliance framework, mitigating legal risks, and supporting business initiatives through informed decision-making.

  • Establish and maintain a robust compliance framework that covers SEC, BSP, labor, tax, and other applicable regulations.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments to provide timely guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance and risk matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and legal standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing strategic legal advice on operational matters and business initiatives
  2. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  3. Coordinating with government agencies and regulatory bodies

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A licensed law degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role
  • Strong contract review/negotiation and legal drafting skills
