Legal Advisor - Contract Management

Job Description:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled legal professional to provide expert support to our regional legal team on project or fixed-term basis.

  • Provide timely and accurate legal advice on contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance to internal stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies by conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic legal and compliance advice that supports business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in law (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in law.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate or law firm setting.
  • Strong background in contract drafting and management, with proficiency in legal research an advantage.
