Event Recruitment Specialist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and deploy the most suitable staff for national events across diverse industries.
  • Recruit, enroll, and provide comprehensive training to promotional staff via phone and email.
  • Manage assigned promotional staff for events, providing expert support throughout the process.
  • Evaluate and optimize promotional staff performance after each assignment.
  • Cultivate lasting professional relationships with clients and talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing ideal.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent Google software necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email essential.
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated individual needed.
  • Open availability required, standard office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Eastern Time.
