Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to drive impactful experiences that amplify brand presence and accelerate business growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define objectives, scope, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective performance tracking.
  • Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved resources.
  • Act as the primary liaison for event agencies, vendors, and partners, providing clear briefs and overseeing quality execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Research, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all event elements.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, communications, and mitigate risks for successful event execution.
  • Compile post-event reports analyzing performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely to drive business results and create unforgettable experiences for clients.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of event marketing or management experience, preferably within B2B environments.
  • Proven track record managing and executing successful events from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-builder, adept at collaborating with agencies, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
  • Experience managing international events is a plus.
  • Outcome-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results aligned with business objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
