We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Operations Coordinator. As a Strategic Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. You will also be tasked with analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and edit high-level business documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage databases, records, and confidential files with the utmost discretion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executives, providing administrative support and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis using advanced tools and techniques
  • Create engaging monthly executive reports highlighting key performance indicators and insights
  • Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs to inform business decisions
  • Support invoice processing, vendor management, and procurement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine internal processes and workflows
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
