Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration with other departments.
- You will design efficient processes to adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
- You will be an effective trainer and team coach, with advanced cross-training experience.
Requirements:
- You are a seasoned team supervisor in a high call volume environment.
- You have 5-8 years of industry experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
