Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via inbound calls.

Your primary objective will be to respond to inquiries about products and services, process payments, and perform general account maintenance. You may also be encouraged to up-sell customers to new products or services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work with multiple applications. Experience with CRM software is preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
