Customer Support Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled professional to fill a Customer Support position. As a vital member of our support team, you will provide top-notch assistance to customers through various channels including chat, email, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues efficiently
  • Utilize translation tools effectively to cater to non-English speaking customers
  • Deliver clear instructions and solutions in a friendly, patient, and professional manner
  • Elevate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when necessary
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for quality assessment and improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different time zones to maintain seamless 24/7 support
Key Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in customer or technical support (remote or on-site)
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are beneficial
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • Confidence in using and navigating support systems and translation functionalities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure
  • A stable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in tech or SaaS customer support
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Previous remote work experience in a 24/7 support structure
