Financial Modelling Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our financial modelling team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating, analysing and optimising complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of active assignments and lead the creation and optimisation of comprehensive financial models.
  • Develop and refine assumptions, parameters and scenarios under the guidance of senior managers to ensure model robustness and reliability.
  • Discuss commercial issues with clients and ensure they are accurately reflected in the model.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing to validate model assumptions and outputs, aiding clients in making informed decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

About You:
  • You have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognised advisory practice or large corporate setting.
  • You possess a good appreciation of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification is beneficial.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of project finance, corporate finance, or financial planning concepts.
  • You possess strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
