Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support business decisions.
  • Analyze financial results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes.
  • Partner with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance.
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from accounting software.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in FP&A tools and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
