Station Head Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Station Head to oversee the daily operations of our assigned station. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide a team of station personnel.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
  • Facilitating cash and inventory management
  • Monitoring and improving station performance
  • Performing other tasks necessary to ensure smooth station operations

Requirements for this role include:

  • Open to fresh graduates or experienced professionals with a passion for leadership and management
  • Physically fit and willing to work on weekends (half-day, Saturday only)
  • Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
