Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Event Management Director to lead our marketing events, focusing on high-quality experiences and maximizing sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex events, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced event professional to take charge of our marketing events, drive innovation, and make a significant impact on our business.

  • Lead Event Planning: Oversee the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of marketing events.
  • Sales Engagement: Develop and integrate sales engagement strategies within event planning to maximize lead generation and sales performance.
  • Sponsorship Management: Set strategic goals for sponsorship initiatives, identify and secure high-impact sponsorships, and negotiate sponsorship agreements.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for managing company relations with vendors for marketing projects.
  • Research and Innovation: Drive innovative ideas to enhance event success and increase attendance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: At least 10 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of leading successful events.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Experience managing event budgets and demonstrating ROI.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of sales engagement initiatives.
