Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class technical support to our customers via telephone, email, and chat.

You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. This includes troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, escalating critical issues to our Tier 3 team, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be an expert in our products and services, able to provide detailed explanations and solutions to customers. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You will be proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Escala(te critical issues to our Tier 3 team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2 years of customer support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • An understanding of multiple integration paths
  • Good technical writing skills
