Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our global team of experts. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and guidance on product configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices.

  • Delivering High-Quality Support: Resolve customer queries on product configuration, reporting, and integrations.
  • Defining Performance Standards: Assist in defining and maintaining performance standards, including SLAs and best practices for ticket handling.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support processes and technical troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new product features and API integrations.
  • Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, offering guidance and resolution strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement tools and automation to optimize resource efficiency.
  • Internal Documentation: Contribute to internal documentation, including support procedures and training materials.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service within banking, fintech, or core banking software.
  • API Knowledge: Strong understanding of APIs, payments integrations, and best practices in technical support.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
  • Customer Support Software: Experience with customer support software (ideally Zendesk) and SLA/KPI management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and expertise in MS Excel.
