Job Overview

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional in managing Atlassian solutions, focusing on optimizing workflows and providing top-notch support.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in administering Jira, designing efficient automation rules, and ensuring seamless project configurations.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to train non-technical users and work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in Jira/Atlassian administration (cloud-based).
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and IT Service Management principles (ITIL, SLAs, queues).
  • Experience in managing SaaS licenses, budgets, or cost-control initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Groovy, Jira Automation, REST API) and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
