Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our Engineering Managers and Hiring Managers to assess their talent requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, source top talent, and execute the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying key experts, conducting interviews, presenting candidates to our community, and managing HR administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Engineering Managers and Hiring Managers to assess talent requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and source top talent
  • Execute the recruitment process from start to finish, including identifying key experts, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to our community
  • Manage HR administration tasks, including background checks and applications follow-up
Requirements
  • Ideally, a fresh graduate with recruitment or talent acquisition internship experiences
  • Good understanding of recruitment principles and practices
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in technology and continuous learning throughout your career
  • Skilled in offer negotiation, employment legislation, and market trends
