Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to manage employee documents, create and maintain standardized employee folder structures, and migrate employee documents from various platforms into a single consolidated filing system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Document Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee documents.
  • Template Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain templates for recruitment and selection processes.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external HR audits.
  • General Administration: Provide ad-hoc HR administrative support as required by the HR team.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HRIS Software: Proficiency in using HR information systems to manage employee data and automate HR processes.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
