We're seeking a talented professional to excel as a Lead Converter. Your primary objective is to identify and engage high-level decision-makers, securing meetings that drive new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement targeted outreach via multiple channels: email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone calls.
  • Maintain a strong performance record with bounce rates below 2% and positive reply rates above 5%.
  • Schedule at least 12 qualified meetings per month for the Business Development Manager.
  • Source HR leaders, Directors, and VPs using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
  • Craft personalized messages utilizing platforms like Instantly; test subject lines and CTAs.
  • Make approximately 10 warm calls daily to prospects engaging through other channels.
  • Log outreach activity and meetings in Salesforce, accurately tagging lead sources.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team post-conversion to ensure seamless handoffs.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation within recruiting, staffing, or related fields.
  • Excellent written English skills and persuasive cold messaging abilities.
  • Familiarity with multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Confidence in making calls to U.S.-based prospects.
  • Experience working with CRMs like Salesforce; organized and data-driven approach.
  • Highly coachable, competitive, and performance-focused mindset.
